Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by boiling 4 cups of water on the stove until it reaches a gentle boil, then remove from heat. Add loose-leaf green tea or tea bags, letting it steep for 1 to 5 minutes based on your strength preference.
- While the tea cools, grab a blender and add in your fresh or frozen peaches, along with finely grated ginger and honey or maple syrup. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Once the green tea has cooled, pour it into the blender with the peach mixture. Blend briefly, about 15 seconds, to create a harmonious blend.
- Pour the blended tea into a large pitcher, cover it, and place it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill thoroughly.
- When ready to serve, fill a tall glass with ice and stir the chilled tea before pouring it over the ice. Garnish with fresh strawberries or raspberries.

Notes
This iced tea can last up to a week in the fridge. If it starts to settle, give it a good stir before serving.
