Place the chicken tenders in the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C). Clean and oil the grill grates or prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill for about 6-7 minutes per side or bake on the prepared baking sheet for the same time, ensuring an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
