Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Wash and dry your fresh vegetables. Shred the green and red cabbage, julienne the carrots, chop the broccoli, and slice the green onions.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), toasted sesame oil, neutral oil, grated ginger, minced garlic, and lime juice.
