Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Cut whole wheat pita breads into wedges and warm in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  2. Spoon hummus and tzatziki sauce into small serving bowls and arrange them side by side on a platter.
  3. Wash and slice cucumber into bite-sized rounds, halve cherry tomatoes, and arrange them around the dips.
  4. Incorporate roasted red peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, and kalamata olives around the dips and vegetables.
  5. Crumble feta cheese over the veggies and dips for added creaminess.
  6. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the platter and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top.
