Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, 1/4 cup of ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a clean surface or greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients: 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes. Brush remaining glaze onto the meatloaf and continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), about 15-30 minutes more.
  6. Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
