Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line a baking sheet with foil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, garlic, 1/4 cup of ketchup, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir gently until just combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a clean surface or greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf form.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the glaze ingredients: 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45 minutes. Brush remaining glaze onto the meatloaf and continue baking until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), about 15-30 minutes more.
- Once baked, let the meatloaf rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes
Use a meat thermometer to ensure perfect doneness and avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender. Consider cooking options for even cooking and add hidden veggies for extra nutrition.
