Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Split bagels in half and cut into wedges.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over bagel pieces and toss with garlic powder, dried oregano, and kosher salt until evenly coated.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread bagel wedges in a single layer. Bake for about 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  4. While bagel chips are baking, combine softened cream cheese, sliced pepperoncini peppers, and a splash of their juice in a mixing bowl.
  5. Add garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper, blending until smooth and creamy.
  6. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and cover. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve your Pepperoncini Dip with homemade bagel chips.
