  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash the medium Russet potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Dry the potatoes, poke 6–8 holes in each, and wrap in aluminum foil.
  3. Bake the foiled potatoes on a baking sheet for about 1 hour until tender.
