  • 1/2 cup blueberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons honey for drizzling
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts optional, pecans or walnuts recommended
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme or parsley for garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise and remove the seeds for a milder flavor.
  3. Fill each jalapeño half with a cube of brie cheese and top with blueberry preserves.
  4. Bake the poppers for 10 to 12 minutes until jalapeños soften and brie melts.
