  • 10 pieces Jalapeños Choose firm and bright green
  • 8 ounces Brie Cheese Room temperature for easy spreading
  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or thawed frozen
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup or agave as alternatives
  • 1/2 cup Pecans Optional; can substitute with walnuts or almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling over jalapeños

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice each jalapeño in half lengthwise, removing seeds.
  2. Fill each jalapeño half with wedges of brie cheese.
  3. Add fresh blueberries on top of the brie in each jalapeño.
  4. Drizzle honey over the blueberries and sprinkle pecans if using.
  5. Bake for about 15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
