Ingredients
  

Cantaloupe Mojito Ingredients
  • 1 medium Cantaloupe Use ripe cantaloupe for maximum sweetness
  • 2 medium Limes Freshly squeezed
  • 2 oz Rum Optional for a non-alcoholic version
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup Can substitute honey or agave
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves Fresh
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water Unflavored or flavored
  • 2 cups Ice
Cantaloupe Mint Sparkler Ingredients
  • 1 medium Cantaloupe The star of the show
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves Fresh
  • 1 cup Sparkling Water Bubbly base
  • 2 cups Ice Essential for chilling

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and dice half of a ripe cantaloupe into small chunks and blend until liquefied.
  2. Pour the cantaloupe juice back into the blender, add juice from 2 limes and 2 tbsp of maple syrup, and blend.
  3. Muddle 10 fresh mint leaves at the bottom of each glass.
  4. Pour the cantaloupe mixture over the muddled mint and add 2 oz of rum to the mojito glasses.
  5. Top each glass with half a cup of sparkling water and stir gently.
  6. Fill glasses with ice cubes and garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of cantaloupe.
