Preparation Steps

  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the ricotta layer.
  6. Zest the lemon and distribute the zest, then drizzle lemon juice over the pizza.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to enhance flavors.
  8. Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, add chopped basil and optional honey on top.
