  • 2 tablespoons Granola butter or any nut/seed butter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 10-12 oz. ramekin with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared ramekin, filling it about three-quarters full.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving; top with granola butter or other favorite toppings.
