  3. Combine Pasta and Sauce: Drain pasta and add it to the skillet. Toss to coat, then stir in ricotta and lemon juice. Add reserved pasta water gradually for creaminess.
  4. Incorporate the Greens: Fold in arugula and stir gently over low heat for about 1 minute until wilted.
