Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease your baking dish.
  2. In a large casserole dish, mix together diced onion, chopped jalapeños, red pepper, cauliflower rice, shredded carrots, and shredded chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, coconut cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture and mix gently until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and flatten slightly.
