  • 2 tablespoons Gochujang or sriracha for less heat
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar erythritol for low-carb
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger minced
For the Cucumber Salad
  • 3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar apple cider vinegar is a substitute
  • 1 medium Cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds

Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until no longer pink.
