Direction Steps
  1. Begin by spiralizing 4 zucchinis into noodle shapes for your Spicy Garlic Chinese Zucchini.
  2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the zoodles and toss them gently. Let sit in a colander for about 30 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 finely chopped cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of coconut aminos, 2 tablespoons of tahini, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add 2-3 teaspoons of chili powder, 2 teaspoons of chili oil, and 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup if desired. Whisk until smooth.
  4. After 30 minutes, gently squeeze the zoodles to remove moisture. Combine the drained zoodles and the sauce in a large mixing bowl. Toss to coat.
