  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic
For the Tacos
  • 8 pieces tortillas corn or flour
  • 2 medium avocados sliced
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized skillet, combine the white beans, buffalo sauce, cumin, and garlic powder. Heat over medium heat for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is warmed through and bubbling slightly.
  2. While the buffalo white bean mixture is heating, warm the tortillas in a separate skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side or microwave for 20–30 seconds.
  3. Spoon a generous amount of the buffalo white bean mixture into each warm tortilla.
  4. Top each taco with creamy avocado slices, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  5. Serve warm, with extra buffalo sauce on the side if desired.
