Preparation
  1. Grease the slow cooker's interior with a non-stick agent to prevent sticking.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the slow cooker and break it apart. Toss in all remaining ingredients: diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, pinto beans, corn, bell peppers, diced chili peppers, and spices. Stir thoroughly.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until turkey is cooked and chili is thick.
  4. Before serving, stir to break up turkey clumps and ensure even mixing. Adjust seasoning if needed.
