Cooking Steps

  5. Pour in 1 cup of half-and-half and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in 4 ounces of crumbled feta cheese until melted.
  6. Squeeze juice from 1 lime into the sauce and return cooked shrimp to the skillet. Stir to combine and heat through for 2 minutes.
