  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano or fresh thyme
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
For Optional Spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes optional for spice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken tenders, ensuring they're fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
  2. While the chicken marinates, heat a cast-iron skillet or regular skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle in olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
  3. Carefully add the marinated chicken tenders to the hot skillet. Cook for 4–5 minutes on one side until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 4–5 minutes until fully cooked through.
  4. Once cooked, remove the chicken tenders from the skillet and let them rest for about 2 minutes to retain juices.
  5. After resting, pair the Mediterranean Chicken Tenders with a fresh Greek salad or tuck into warm pita bread, drizzled with tzatziki.
