- In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken tenders, ensuring they're fully coated in the marinade. Cover and let marinate for at least 15 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- While the chicken marinates, heat a cast-iron skillet or regular skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle in olive oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
