Method

Step-by-Step Instructions for Italian Sub Wrap
  1. Start by heating a non-stick skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Once the skillet is ready, lay a low-carb tortilla flat in the pan. Let it warm for about 30 seconds.
  3. On one half of the tortilla, layer 2 slices of provolone cheese, followed by 3 slices of salami and 3 slices of pepperoni. Add 1-2 tablespoons of banana peppers.
  4. Drizzle 1-2 teaspoons of Italian dressing lightly over the filling.
  5. Carefully fold the tortilla over the filling, pressing gently to ensure that everything stays intact.
  6. Place the folded Italian Sub Wrap back in the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.
  7. Flip the wrap carefully to the other side and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  8. Once cooked, carefully transfer the Italian Sub Wrap onto a cutting board. Allow it to cool for a minute, then slice it into halves or quarters.
