Step‑By‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the shredded lettuce, sliced red onion, and banana peppers to the bowl with the dressing. Toss until well-coated.
  3. Prepare the sub rolls by slicing them in half. Evenly divide the salami, pepperoni, and turkey across the bottom half.
  4. Layer the provolone cheese over the meats in the rolls.
  5. Preheat your oven’s broiler on high and place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet. Broil for 2-3 minutes.
