  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 1 lb ground beef lean
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
Seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the center.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until browned.
  4. Add tomato sauce and spices to the beef, stir well, and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Fill the hollowed zucchinis with the beef mixture and top with cheese.
  6. Place in the baking dish and bake for 25 minutes until the cheese is golden.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
