Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, pepperoncini juice, dried oregano, and grated garlic. Season with salt and pepper, cover, and refrigerate.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add rotini pasta and cook for 9-10 minutes until just firm; drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Chop turkey, pepperoni, salami, and cheese. Chop lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice red onion.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, meats, cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes, and onion. Toss until well mixed.
  5. Pour the chilled dressing over the pasta mixture and toss until well coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
