Marinade
  • 1/4 cup Extra-Virgin Olive Oil adds fat for moisture and enhances flavor
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced) fresh garlic for optimal taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary finely chopped fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt enhances overall flavor

  • 8 oz Lamb Chops 3/4 inch thick, rib chops preferred

Method
 

Grilling Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat, around 400°F. This should take about 10-15 minutes.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, blend together the marinade ingredients until well combined.
  3. Generously spoon the marinade over both sides of the lamb chops. Allow them to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the lamb chops directly onto the hot grill. Cook for approximately 2 to 4 minutes on each side until desired doneness.
  5. Transfer the grilled lamb chops to a platter and let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
