Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, grated ginger, minced garlic, black pepper, paprika, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Coat chicken thighs generously in the marinade, cover, and let rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  4. Grease a baking dish and place marinated chicken thighs skin-side up. Pour remaining marinade over chicken.
  5. Bake for 40–45 minutes, checking for golden-brown skin and an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
