Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat the steak cubes dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add steak in a single layer, cooking for 1-2 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
  3. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside to keep warm.
  4. Lower the heat, melt butter in the skillet, and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
