  4. In the same skillet, add sesame oil, chopped kimchi, and sugar. Sauté for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
  5. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha, and lime juice. Mix well to create the Sriracha mayo.
  6. Warm the tortillas in a skillet. Assemble each taco with beef, kimchi, red onion, cilantro, and drizzle with Sriracha mayo.
