  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned potatoes evenly on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Place a block of feta cheese in the center of the potatoes and scatter cherry tomatoes around it.
