  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place your pizza crust or flatbread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  3. Bake for about 8-10 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  4. While the crust bakes, wash and chop romaine and radicchio. Combine with halved cherry tomatoes and drained artichoke hearts.
  5. Let the baked crust cool for about 2 minutes before transferring to a serving platter.
