Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Boil the Water: Heat 4 cups of fresh filtered water in a medium pot over high heat until boiling (8-10 minutes).
  2. Infuse the Tea and Herbs: Remove from heat and add 3 black tea bags, 3 sprigs of rosemary, 1 tablespoon of orange zest, and 3 slices of ginger. Cover and steep for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sweeten the Tea: Remove tea bags and stir in sugar to taste while warm until dissolved.
  4. Strain the Mixture: Pour through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to remove solids, pressing to extract liquid.
  5. Add Fresh Orange Juice: Squeeze 1-2 fresh oranges and stir juice into the strained tea.
  6. Cool the Tea: Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes at room temperature, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve Over Ice: Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour chilled tea over ice, and stir to cool.
  8. Garnish as Desired: Add orange slices and rosemary sprigs for garnish before serving.
