  • 2 cups cucumbers Chopped into small pieces
  • 2 cups pasta Opt for gluten-free pasta if needed
For the Dressing
  • 1/4 cup light dressing Lemon juice or vinegar can be used

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Shred rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and chop cucumbers.
