Preparation Steps
  1. Slice the fresh pineapple into bite-sized chunks using a pineapple corer.
  2. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds.
  3. Drain the juice from the mandarin oranges and set aside for the dressing.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, mix the sugar-free Jello with the reserved mandarin orange juice for about 2 minutes.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, gently toss together the pineapple, mandarin oranges, bananas, and mixed greens.
  6. Pour the Jello glaze over the salad, coating the fruits and greens evenly.
  7. Chill the salad for about 10 minutes before serving.
