Step-by-Step Instructions
- Combine 1 cup of water, 2 tablespoons of grated fresh ginger, and 2 tablespoons of honey in a small saucepan. Heat on medium until simmering for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat, let cool and strain the syrup.
- Wash and slice 1 cup of fresh strawberries and 2 oranges, cutting strawberries into quarters and peeling and segmenting the oranges.
- In a tall glass, pour 2-3 tablespoons of ginger syrup over ice. Add 1 cup of sparkling water or chilled champagne and stir gently.
- Mix in the chopped strawberries and orange segments, and garnish with a sprig of mint. Enjoy!
