Preparation Steps
- Measure 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey loose leaf tea and add it to a mason jar or French press. Incorporate a pinch of edible lavender if desired. Pour in 1 cup of cold filtered water and seal the container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
- Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a clean container, or press down the plunger on the French press.
- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the freshly brewed cold Earl Grey tea halfway into the glass. Add unsweetened almond milk to your desired creaminess, and stir gently.
- Stir in pure maple syrup or honey to taste, adjusting the amount for desired sweetness.
- Serve your Cold Brewed Iced Earl Grey Latte with a side of almond biscotti or light scones.

Notes
Store any leftover cold brewed latte in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container. For freezing, pour leftover concentrate into ice cube trays. Avoid dairy or coconut milk for best flavor compatibility.
