Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Measure 1 teaspoon of Earl Grey loose leaf tea and add it to a mason jar or French press. Incorporate a pinch of edible lavender if desired. Pour in 1 cup of cold filtered water and seal the container. Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Strain the tea through a fine mesh strainer lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a clean container, or press down the plunger on the French press.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the freshly brewed cold Earl Grey tea halfway into the glass. Add unsweetened almond milk to your desired creaminess, and stir gently.
  4. Stir in pure maple syrup or honey to taste, adjusting the amount for desired sweetness.
  5. Serve your Cold Brewed Iced Earl Grey Latte with a side of almond biscotti or light scones.
