Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add vegetable oil.
- Add marinated beef to the hot pan, stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until browned, then remove beef and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, stir-fry the bell peppers, snow peas, broccoli, and carrots for 4-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add beef back to the skillet, tossing to combine and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes. Adjust soy sauce to taste if desired.
- Remove from heat and serve over cooked rice or noodles, garnishing with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
