For the Filling
  • 4-6 large Eggs Main binding agent
  • 0.5 cups Cream Can substitute with milk
  • 1 cups Cheese Use cheddar, feta, or mozzarella
  • 1-2 cups Pre-cooked Fillings Such as bacon, veggies, or sausage
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Optional Garnishes
  • 2 tbsp Chives Chopped
  • 1 tsp Paprika For garnish

Method
 

Prepare Bagels
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice bagels in half and hollow out centers.
Mix Filling
  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and cream. Stir in pre-cooked fillings and season with salt and pepper.
Fill Bagels
  1. Spoon the quiche mixture into the hollowed bagels, filling generously.
Bake
  1. Bake filled bagels for 15-18 minutes until tops are golden and filling is set.
