  3. Slice one banana into rounds and layer on the bottom of the casserole dish.
  4. Pour the oatmeal mixture over the sliced bananas.
  5. Slice the remaining banana and place on top, then swirl in peanut butter. Add chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden on top and set in the center.
