Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine the crust ingredients and pulse until resembling coarse meal. Form into a disk and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice peaches. Mix filling ingredients and coat peaches.
  3. Roll out chilled dough into an 11-inch circle, spoon peach filling in center, and fold dough edges over peaches.
  4. Brush crust with milk and sprinkle sugar. Bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
