- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash 2-3 overripe bananas in a small mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Cream together 1/2 cup softened unsalted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, and 1/2 cup packed brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add 2 large eggs, the mashed bananas, and 1 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract to the creamed mixture and mix well.
