Preparation Steps

  6. Cool the crusts briefly, then fill with the pecan mixture just below the top.
  7. Reduce oven to 275°F (135°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. Cool in the tins on a wire rack for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
