Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine warm whole milk with granulated sugar and active dry yeast. Stir and let sit for 10-15 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a stand mixer, mix the frothy yeast mixture with eggs, melted butter, garlic powder, and salt. Gradually mix in bread flour until the dough pulls away from the bowl.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces, shaping each into a ball. Place in a greased baking pan and let rise for another hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  7. Mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic. Brush this mixture over the tops of the risen rolls.
  8. Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
