  1. Preheat your oven to low broil, ensuring it's ready for toasting. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Take your submarine rolls and slice them lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through. Place the cut sides up on your prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, melt the unsalted butter, then combine it with minced garlic, finely chopped fresh parsley, and kosher salt. Brush this garlic butter generously over the cut sides of the rolls.
