- In a separate pot, boil water and cook the uncooked boba pearls for about 8-10 minutes, drain, and toss in brown sugar syrup.
- Peel and cut the mango, then blend it into a smooth puree, aiming for about half a cup.
- In a tall glass, add 3 tablespoons of cooked boba, then pour in mango puree followed by chilled milk. Stir gently.
- Slowly pour cooled green tea over the mixture and stir gently to meld the flavors while keeping the layers.
- Fill with crushed ice and garnish with mango slices or mint for a refreshing presentation.
