  • 150 ml Water Essential for brewing your tea.
For the Boba
  • 1 cup Uncooked Boba Pearls Keep them uncooked until ready.
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar Feel free to substitute for a lighter touch.
For the Creamy Blend
  • 3/4 cup Milk Dairy or your preferred non-dairy milk.
  • 1 medium Mango The star of the show, can substitute with juice.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling 150ml of water in a kettle. Once boiling, steep one green tea bag for 4 minutes, then remove and cool.
  2. In a separate pot, boil water and cook the uncooked boba pearls for about 8-10 minutes, drain, and toss in brown sugar syrup.
  3. Peel and cut the mango, then blend it into a smooth puree, aiming for about half a cup.
  4. In a tall glass, add 3 tablespoons of cooked boba, then pour in mango puree followed by chilled milk. Stir gently.
  5. Slowly pour cooled green tea over the mixture and stir gently to meld the flavors while keeping the layers.
  6. Fill with crushed ice and garnish with mango slices or mint for a refreshing presentation.
