Method
 

Instructions for Loaded Sheet-Pan Nachos
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. On a large sheet pan, spread an even layer of tortilla chips. Layer the beef mixture, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the nachos.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle sour cream, and sprinkle green onions and cilantro before serving.
