Instructions for Loaded Sheet-Pan Nachos
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and a splash of water, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- On a large sheet pan, spread an even layer of tortilla chips. Layer the beef mixture, black beans, diced tomatoes, and jalapeños on top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese generously over the nachos.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from oven, drizzle sour cream, and sprinkle green onions and cilantro before serving.
