  3. Gradually pour in 1/4 cup of water while mixing. Adjust consistency until it holds together without being sticky.
  4. Shape the mixture into compact spheres about the size of a tablespoon, aiming for around 28 bites.
  5. Place the energy bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6 days.
