Method
 

Cupcake Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners.
  2. Cream softened unsalted butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each, then stir in honey and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, dried lavender, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry mixture to wet ingredients, alternating with milk, until just combined.
  6. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness.
  8. Allow cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. For frosting, beat softened butter and gradually mix in powdered sugar, honey, and vanilla.
  10. Once cooled, frost cupcakes and garnish with dried lavender.
