Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Muddle the fruit by crushing one ripe kiwi and a handful of fully red strawberries in a glass or shaker for about 30 seconds until pulpy.
  2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup to the fruit mixture; stir well or shake with ice for about 15 seconds.
  3. Optionally strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to ensure a smoother consistency.
  4. Top the mixture with soda water, filling to the rim, and stir lightly to combine.
  5. Garnish with slapped mint leaves on top for added aroma and presentation.
