  1. Begin by rubbing the chicken thighs with salt, black pepper, and lime juice in a mixing bowl; let sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine Greek yogurt, minced garlic, minced ginger, cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, and cayenne to create the marinade.
  3. Coat each piece of chicken thoroughly with the marinade, place them in a zip-top bag, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven by positioning the rack in the center and turning the broiler to high (or preheat to 450°F).
  5. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper and place a greased wire rack on top.
