  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Yogurt can use low-fat yogurt
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 inches Ginger fresh, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to preference
  • 2 tablespoons Garam Masala or curry powder
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika smoked paprika optional

  • 2 tablespoons Cooking Oil for brushing

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub salt, pepper, and lime juice over each piece.
  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, garam masala, and paprika. Stir until smooth.
  3. Coat each chicken thigh in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Preheat your oven to broil on high or 450°F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  5. Remove the marinated chicken from the fridge and place on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Broil the chicken for 15-20 minutes, then flip and return for another 10 minutes until cooked through.
  7. Check that the chicken has reached 165°F or ensure juices run clear; remove from oven and let rest.
  8. Serve hot with sides like naan or salad.
